Injectable B7-33 is an investigational synthetic peptide derived from the hormone relaxin-2. Unlike the full relaxin molecule, it is designed to retain the beneficial antifibrotic and regenerative effects, but without some of the undesirable side effects (e.g. hypotension). It is being investigated for its potential in the areas of regeneration, improvement of heart, kidney, liver and lung function.
How does injectable B7-33 work in the body?
B7-33 activates the relaxin receptor RXFP1, but does not affect the classical cAMP signaling pathways like the original relaxin. Thus, it selectively activates antifibrotic and regenerative mechanisms, reduces inflammation, and helps restore the structure and function of damaged tissues without lowering blood pressure.
Main benefits of injectable B7-33 (especially for athletes, regeneration and cardiovascular health):
-
Antifibrotic effects: Helps break down and block the formation of scar tissue (e.g. in the heart, liver, lungs).
-
Organ protection and regeneration: Reduces oxidative stress and inflammation in tissues.
-
Support for heart function: Researched for heart failure and hypertrophy.
-
Improving vascularization and blood circulation: Supports regeneration after exercise or injuries.
-
Possible use in chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions.
Possible uses of injectable B7-33:
It is used in research in areas such as cardioprotection, liver, kidney and lung regeneration, fibrotic diseases and inflammatory conditions. For athletes, it may have benefits in terms of regeneration after tissue damage, reduction of inflammation and protection of the vascular system.
Dosage of injectable B7-33:
The dosages listed below are purely based on anecdotal user experiences and do not serve as medical advice or expert recommendation:
-
Beginners: 250–500 mcg once daily
-
Intermediate: 500–1000 mcg daily
-
Advanced: 1000–2000 mcg daily (divided into 2 doses)
It is most often administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly. In protocols aimed at antifibrotic effects, it is often combined with other regenerative peptides (e.g. TB-500, BPC-157).
Side effects:
So far very well tolerated in research models. Injection site irritation, fatigue, or mild digestive upset may occur. No known effect on blood pressure.
